Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro features until then. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial periods.
Our policy is end-of-period only — your subscription stays active through the period you've already paid for, and we don't issue prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period. Exceptions for billing errors or other extraordinary circumstances; email stocktvapp@gmail.com.
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play or Apple are governed by Google's / Apple's policies — they handle those refund requests directly. Refunds for Stripe-billed purchases (web) are issued by us and credited back to your card within 5–10 business days.
Open /dashboard/ → Settings tab → "Delete my account". You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. We will:
This is final. We cannot recover deleted accounts.
Open /dashboard/ → Settings tab → "Download my data" — you'll get a JSON file with your profile, settings, custom sectors, subscription history, and recent events. This is your CCPA right-to-know in machine-readable form.
On Pro and Pro+, you can adjust the page-dwell time. Open Settings on the receiver → "Page Dwell Time" slider → drag between 6 seconds (quick) and 30 seconds (slow). Default is 12 seconds. The setting saves to your account and syncs across devices.
Pro tier — open /dashboard/ → Sectors tab → "+ Create custom sector". Name it, pick an emoji and color, paste a comma- or space-separated list of tickers (max 25 per sector). You can have up to 30 custom sectors. They appear alongside the 18 built-ins on your TV cluster grid.
Yes. Settings → "Burn-in Safe Mode" shifts the display ±3px every 3 minutes using an orbit pattern — the same technique broadcast TV apps use to protect OLED panels. On by default; you can disable it if you're on a plasma / LCD / mini-LED set.
Pro+ portfolio tracking has two paths. Direct broker sync via SnapTrade — link Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, E*Trade, Wells Fargo, and more for read-only auto-sync of holdings and total P&L. SnapTrade handles authentication; StockTV never sees your broker credentials and never places trades. Manual entry — for IRAs, 401ks, or any account SnapTrade doesn't cover, open Settings → Portfolio on the StockTV dashboard and add each holding (ticker, shares, optional cost basis, optional broker/account label). Live quoted values and P&L are computed from the same market data feed used elsewhere in the app. You can edit or delete holdings at any time.

This usually means our market data feed had a brief outage. Refresh the page (or wait 30 seconds — we retry automatically). If it persists for more than a minute, email stocktvapp@gmail.com with your TV model and approximate time so we can correlate with backend logs.
Some browsers cache aggressively. Try: hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R), private/incognito window, or a different browser. If only one device shows old content, the issue is local; if all devices do, email us — we may need to purge our CDN.
Sign out and back in — that re-fetches your tier from the server. If still stuck:
