StockTV respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content displayed on or through StockTV — including text appearing in user-supplied watchlist labels, custom sector names, or display names — infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). We will respond promptly to properly formatted notices. Knowing material misrepresentations in a notice may result in liability under §512(f).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. The removed material may be restored not less than 10 nor more than 14 business days following our receipt of the counter-notice, unless we first receive notice that the original complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.
StockTV will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under §512(i). What counts as "repeat" is fact-specific; multiple validated takedown notices against the same account is the typical threshold.
